Today's first selection from Melissa Schomers:
Quiet by Susan Cain

Emphasizing the inherent tensions of being an introvert in a society centered on the "extrovert ideal," Cain stands as a proponent for encouraging introverts and redefining the ideal.  An excellent look at the strengths and weaknesses associated with both introverts and extroverts, it provides an avenue for self-reflection not only on your own personality, but how you engage with others.  Ultimately, Cain reminds us that it is okay, and often advantageous, to be quiet.
